EC Eligibility — Important Notes for Buyers

Senja Close EC is an Executive Condominium — a public-private hybrid housing type with specific eligibility requirements for first-hand purchase:

  • Citizenship: At least one applicant must be a Singapore Citizen. Co-applicants may be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents. Singles purchasing alone are not eligible for EC under the Joint Singles Scheme unless applying with another eligible single.

  • Income Ceiling: Household gross monthly income must not exceed S$16,000 at time of application.

  • Property Ownership: Applicants must not own or have disposed of any private residential property within the 30 months preceding the EC application date.

  • HDB Flat Ownership: Applicants who own an HDB flat must sell their flat within 6 months of Senja Close EC's TOP Est. 2030.

  • Minimum Occupation Period (MOP): Senja Close EC units may only be sold in the open resale market after a 5-year MOP from the date of TOP. After MOP, units may be sold to Singapore Citizens and PRs. After 10 years, units become fully privatised and may be sold to foreigners.

  • CPF Housing Grant: Eligible first-timer applicants may apply for the CPF Family Grant (up to S$30,000) to offset the purchase price.

Eligibility conditions are subject to HDB's prevailing rules at time of application. Confirm eligibility with the developer's sales team at showflat Q4 2026.
